OFALAN is all about fun. The staff doesn't make any money on it, and often, they spend personal funds on group materials. OFALAN asks for the help of tech-focused and other related businesses to provide their products and promotional materials to enhance the experience of the OFALAN parties, with less cost to the administrators.

OFALAN offers unique opportunites to its sponsors. When sponsors provide products, OFALAN works hard to provide healthy promotion of the sponsor and their products and services. Although we are open to discuss opportunites with any entity, we feel that manufacturers, distributors, and sellers of computer components, network equipment, energy-boosting drinks and food, and PC video games and other software will see the most benefit from a sponsorship of OFALAN events.

At present, OFALAN hosts events at intervals of four to six weeks, for a total of eight to twelve events per year. Although we are a young group, the gaming community is very responsive and our attendance rises substantially with each subsequent event. Our most recent event was resceduled and the attendance reached roughly 16-18 participants. For our "OFALAN 1" event on February 20-22, we have about 25 players pre-registered, and we are preparing to accommodate 40-50 gamers.

If your business wishes to establish a beneficial sponsorship of OFALAN, we reccommend that you provide some or all of the following:

1. Samples of your products that would be useful to our participants.
2. Information or coupons to obtain special pricing - good products with great introductory pricing = repeat customers.
3. Promotional items such as hats and shirts - our gamers are your walking billboard.
4. Banners, Signs, Flyers, etc. - prime advertising.

What we will do for you in return:

1. Distribute any products you provide. May be used as door prizes, participation gifts, or for tournament rewards.
2. Distribute flyers, shirts, stickers, and other materials to help your exposure.
3. Prominently place banners and posters for maximum viewability.
4. Place logos, images, etc. on our website in highly visible areas, proudly claiming you as a sponsor.
